Cream Puffs
Dough:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 4 eggs
Egg Wash
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Tablespoons of Milk
Filling
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Dough: Boil water on stove, mix other ingredients, put on pan, baste on egg wash, cook 30 minutes.
Filling: Whip cream til whipped, mix other ingredients.
Cut open puff, fill with cream.
Done.
